Frequently asked questions
Can anyone else read my vault?
No. Items are encrypted on your device with a key from your passphrase, which is never sent anywhere. If the passphrase is lost, the vault cannot be recovered.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Yes. Transactions, accounts, and categories are kept on the device and sync when you are online again.
Which banks can I import from?
Supported banks and formats are listed on the import page. Others can be imported from a spreadsheet.
Are investment prices updated automatically?
Gold and crypto follow daily market prices. Other holdings use prices you enter, and deposits and bonds grow with their interest rate.
Which languages are available?
English and Indonesian, on the web and on mobile.
Can I hide amounts on screen?
